Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Meer Belts is a wholesale manufacturer, and returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during shipping.

  • The product does not meet the agreed quality standards (as per order specifications).

Note: Returns for reasons such as “change of mind” or “wrong order placement” are not accepted.

2. Return Request Window

  • Customers must notify Meer Belts within 7 days (1 week) of receiving the order.

  • Requests made after this period will not be considered.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact Meer Belts immediately at info@meerbelts.com with:

    • Order number.

    • Photos/videos of the damaged or defective product.

    • A detailed explanation of the issue.

  2. Await approval – Meer Belts will inspect the claim and respond within 3-5 business days.

  3. If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.

    • Customer covers return shipping costs unless the error is on Meer Belts’ part.

4. Refund or Replacement

  • If the claim is validated, Meer Belts will offer either:

    • full refund (excluding original shipping fees).

    • free replacement (subject to stock availability).

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized belts.

  • Products altered or used after delivery.
